‘Med Learn have been providing first aid training for Paul Smith for approximately ten years now. Aaron makes a very serious course, fun, in a relaxed and friendly environment. He is very knowledgeable and has many great stories and examples from his time in the Ambulance Service.

Just a quick note to say how much I enjoyed the Fist Aid for Mental Health Course yesterday.

The pace of the course was steady, at times the content by its nature was challenging to discuss and you dealt with this most professionally with a great deal of tact and diplomacy.

The content coverage was very good and you explained the sections well – going over points again when needed – electronic teaching is very different to being in the room – and you were able to pick up people’s concerns very quickly.

I feel there were enough breaks at the right time throughout the day, I actually think that this course should stay as a teams course – it gives the learners a great course and you don’t have to leave the comfort of your own home.

I really enjoyed doing the course and looking forward to training again with you soon.
